We have a passion for helping first-time home-buyers, or life start-overs, to purchase a quality home, affordably.  After losing our income and then our own home during the great economic crash of '08, we understand what it's like to need to find a home that is affordable.  We understand the hard work that goes into fixing up a home to make it a quality place to live for you and your family.

We've always been involved with projects of fixing and improving houses.  When we lost our home, we needed to find a new place for our family to live but our circumstances didn't allow us to qualify for a mortgage and the houses we could afford would never qualify for financing.  We purchased a cheap foreclosed fixer-upper with everything stripped, including the kitchen!  But that decision allowed us to fix 'er up over time and build equity into the home.

Since then, we have fixed and flipped more houses.  Not only have we helped to create a great "new" home for the future home-owners, the neighbors are thrilled, the overall desirability of the neighborhood improves, property values for the surrounding home-owners benefit too!  Everyone benefits: the new home-owner wins, the community/neighborhood wins and we feel like we've really won big when we can say "Welcome to Your New Home!"
